Evershine Nails and Aesthetics

Very disappointed with my manicure experience here. The nail polish used seemed extremely thick, dry, and old, and very little time was given between coats to properly dry. As a result, the polish started bubbling, wrinkling, shrinking, and separating almost immediately. What’s especially frustrating is that all of the cracking and peeling appears to be happening underneath the layers of polish, while the top surface is still smooth and undamaged. This clearly shows the coats were not applied or dried properly. Even while I was still there, one nail already looked bad. I pointed it out to the technician, and he first tried to smooth it out with a file before realizing the polish underneath was still wet. He then had to repaint it and seemed visibly annoyed that he had to redo it. Yesterday they already looked poor, and today they look even worse. A professional manicure should not fail within 24 hours. I honestly feel ripped off and regret paying for this service.

Plz dont spoil your day by coming to this absolutely unwelcoming and RUDE place! The older woman probably the owner has such a bad temper she was annoyed that i went in without an appointment and chose to sit and wait instead of coming back! She kept asking me to go and come back and after 30 mins of waiting she said if i want to come back next day!! No one minds to wait but please behave NICELY!

This was by far the worst manicure I’ve ever had. I went in for both a manicure and pedicure, and every nail on my hands looks different — completely uneven and unprofessional. I spent my time and money expecting a proper service, but nothing was done correctly. I wish I could get a refund because the manicure wasn’t done at all. I don’t have time to come back another day or at a different time, because I cleared my schedule specifically for this appointment. I also informed them at the time of payment that the service was not good at all. I’m truly disappointed. The lady who did my service even said she was in a hurry, which clearly affected the quality of the work. This is not about the products at all — my concern is the nail manicure itself. It seems like nothing was done properly on any of my nails, which is really upsetting for me, especially since I spent both my time and money. I definitely don’t want them to make it any worse.
